1. Can a ticket that has already been paid for be transferred to another person?

It can not. Our tickets are non-transferable.

2. Where will my flight with FlyAllways depart from?

The flights of the Fly AllWays airline leave from Terminal 2 of the Jose Martí Airport in Havana, from the Antonio Maceo Airport in Santiago de Cuba and from the Ignacio Agramonte Airport in Camagüey.

3. Do customers traveling to another country need to purchase one-way tickets? and return?

You as a passenger, if you are not a resident of your destination country, must have a round trip ticket. If you have a single one-way ticket to any destination, if you do not show your return ticket to Cuba at the airport, which is where you live, they will not let you board the flight.

4. Where can I check my reservation? Can I check it online?

To check your ticket you must visit the airline's sales offices to check them in the sales systems.

5. How can I know the availability of tickets for a certain date?

Ticket availability may vary. We suggest you attend our agency, located at Bonistraat, 127 Paramaribo, Suriname or contact our sales agents through our Whatsapp contacts, who will provide you with information regarding availability.

6. To travel to Suriname do I need to have a PCR or antigen test?

No PCR or antigen test is needed for any passenger to travel to Suriname. However, we recommend you review the requirements to travel to your destination.

7. Can I pay my ticket from abroad?

You can make the payment from abroad by transfer or via Zelle from the United States. You must contact our sales team through our WhatsApp numbers to help you with the management.

8. Is it possible to change the date of my ticket?

If you want to change your ticket, you must go to our office to check whether or not it is allowed to change the date, or contact our WhatsApp numbers with one of our sales agents. In case it is possible to make the change, you must pay the corresponding penalty. If you miss the date of the flight and did not change the date, you would lose the ticket.

9. From what age is my child considered an infant, child or adult when I go to pay for his ticket?

Before the age of 2 is considered an infant. From the age of 2, it is no longer considered an infant, and pays as a child. From the age of 12, it is no longer considered a child, and is paid as an adult.

10. What must be paid first, the ticket or the entry fee?

To manage your Electronic Visa or Entry Fee, you must have previously obtained your ticket, in this way you are sure of the exact date on which you are going to travel.
